Daniel J. Loran needs to re-read the US Constitution, particularly the ninth and tenth amendments thereto. Perhaps he can tell me exactly which clause gives Congress authority over a substance grown, traded, and consumed within the state of California.
His comparison of medical marijuana to slave ownership is odious in the extreme; I've yet to see a pot-smoker, recreational or medicinal, claim ownership of another human being.
